Repair Policies and Warranty

Repair Pick-up Policy
CFC will only hold any repair for 90 days from completion and first contacting of the customer. Any repair that is held over 90 days with no contact from the customer will become property of CFC. We will extend this policy as long as the customer keeps in contact and sets a pickup date.
Any repair that can not be fixed will only be held for 60 days. If the customer does not tell CFC what they want done with the repair by the end of 60 days; CFC will dispose of the equipment as we see fit.
This policy will be delayed for any repair that is under its original warranty; once the warranty runs out, the computer becomes property of CFC.
Providing valid contact information is required at the time of drop-off of the repair. If your contact information does change, please contact CFC with your new information. CFC is not responsible for contact a customer with invalid or expired contact information.
Repair Warranty
CFC will warranty installation and full functionality of the operating system (e.g. windows xp) for a full 30 day's from date of repair complication, but is not responsible for application software malfunction or miss-installation, virus, ad-aware, pop-ups or any other malicious entity encountered from use of an internet service provider.
CFC will provide a 6 month warranty on any hardware that was replaced during the repair.
